As with most cookware, we suggest that you run a damp cloth over the grate before using for the first time.  Like any grill, afterwards we suggest that you run a grill brush over the grate to clean it and remove any particles left behind.

Ingredients:

Bacon

Tater Tots

Brown Sugar

BBQ Rub

Directions: Cut the bacon slices in half.  Sprinkle a little brown sugar on the bacon slices.  Wrap each bacon slice around a tater tot and then sprinkle with a tiny bit of bbq rub.  Cook on indirect heat until crispy.
